All Hallow's Eve
Welcome all goblins and Ghouls to the All Hallow's Eve event I planned out. It could start in any old town, let's use Lion's Arch. The good...er I mean Mad King has put together the best celebration for the many inhabitants of Tyria. But wait a minute! Lion's Arch is in no condition for a halloween party! Where are the decorations? It seems that that mischievous demon Bob (I'm not that great with names) has stolen the decore of Halloween. So, you have been given the noble quest to save Halloween. Given to you by the Mad King himself, you are instructed to go to the Cursed Lands. You will find Bob, a skeleton clad in Flamming armor. After an epic fight between the undead, Bob, and your party. After the fight, Bob drops a piece of armor, as well as the decorations it is a quest item so you can't do anything with it. So as you complete the quest by giving the two items to the Mad King he rewards you with the armor of Bob. The Silver Armor of Ghatly Flames. You can't wear it, but you can use an Expert Salvage kit or above to take away the Rune of Ghastly Flames. It could do nothing, or maybe give you 2 extra energy or something. The rune will engulf your armor in a Ghoulish flame.
